Hi! I'm Katie, CEO/Founder of SUP.
I have been in the hospitality industry since I was a teenager serving the best buffalo chicken slice at Tina's Pizza in Chester, NY.
 

From there, I worked my way through just about every role— dishwasher, host, bartender, busser, event planner, and manager, all while gaining a deep appreciation for how the smallest details shape a guest’s experience.
 

I’ve always been drawn to design and presentation, often finding ways to “spruce up” my standard uniform.
 

Later, I moved into hospitality tech, partnering with brands to improve the guest experience at scale. There are so many moving pieces to improving guest satisfaction and I kept noticing a gap- the physical elements: what teams wear, what guests take with them, the building blocks of the establishment, the tangibles that have an impact were often overlooked or difficult to source in its entirety.
 

Spruced Up Productions was built to change that. My goal is to make it easier for businesses to create and receive thoughtful, cohesive, and high-quality products that reflect the core of who they are.
